Camp Movie

 Hey bloggers!

After camp we've been working on this camp movie for a few weeks.My one took so long because I added too much detail.But it is finally finished. Have a look at my movie.

And I also learnt skills from making the video. The skill is...

1.Putting logos on top of the photo.

2.Adding texts and musics.

I think it was good idea to make my movie this way because I'd added lots of time laps and slow motion videos and photos to make it interesting.

Planing was bit difficult because it was hard to plan different shots.Most interesting thing was we can also add voice over on the movie! but I didn't wanted to do it so i didn't.

I'll do better next time by adding more interesting videos and photos.

Geometry shape art

 Hi everyone 

This week in maths we learnt Geometry we had to draw shapes on coloured paper and cut it out and stick it on to the paper to make a shape picture. Have a look at my picture.

I have used parallelogram,hexagon,triangle,rectangle,circle,oval,kite and rhombus.

It was very fun and creative but quite hard because the sticky glue was keep making the shapes glue onto my fingers! But I finally made my picture.

Next week is school camping! so this week we did reading create task about camping.

For create task 1 we had to do learn the map symbol and draw them on to a map for the hiking in camping.

For create task 2 we had to draw a bunk label for the bed we're gonna sleep on it have a look at my bunk label.🠇    

Next we had to do create an piktochart and write 10 facts about the native animal so I've chose Stoat

last week was Maori language week so in reading we read Maori traditional stories

I read how Maui discovered fire.It was a story that Maui was tricking the god of fire to find how to make a fire.

And here is my create tasks 

The first create task was in sheet so I will tell about them.

Analyse show How the story works

characters:Maui,god of fire,villagers,kiwi,birds.

setting:town,forest,cave, it looked dark and scary.

problem:There was no fire in the village so people can't cook foods or stay warm.

conclusion:Maui found how to make a fire and show it to villagers Maui rubbed two dry sticks together it made fire.

Action:Maui was tricking the god of fire that he had lost the fire.

Feelings:nervous when he was going into the cave,and happy when he found how to make a fire.

I had an meeting today. 

Teacher said "there is 4 lock down activity you can chose from"there was tidiest room,portrait of our family,build an tower of soft toys and longest franc.

So I chose, build an tower of soft toys.

So I build the tower of soft toys and it lengths 71 cm!

 hello everyone This week I learned about possums  possum was cute but they eat forest and leafs they eat 

bugs are good for us and this is my possum description: Fleur and Marina dug a trap for possum but we have

 to save the possum from dying because they have so much danger animals at 1890 possum began to spread

 out and at 2000 Whole New Zealand almost covered with possums then possums began to die.

And this is my create task 2: changing ending of a story.

Fleur and Marina dug a hole that was big and deep to trap a possum. That night they caught 

a Possum. They taught the possum how to do tricks but the possum didn't do tricks and 

The possum looked very very scared then they felt very very bad so they let the possum go 

and they never ever caught the possum again.

I changed the ending because it is a happy ending.
